The Best Nails at The 2026 Emmys Awards: Our Top Picks
The 2026 Emmy Awards had stars showing up and showing out. And obviously, we were looking at nails.
At the 78th Primetime Emmy Awards in Los Angeles, celebrities arrived with everything from understated and glossy to full on statement. The red carpet delivered many manicure moments worth a closer look. Here are the ones that caught our eye.
1. Supriya Ganesh: Milky Chrome
Supriya Ganesh took the sheer, polished manicure in a slightly cooler direction.
Her medium-length almond nails had a soft milky pink base with a subtle pearlescent chrome finish that looked stunning against her icy blue gown.
We loved the soft chrome detail. It gave the manicure a little more interest without taking away from the simplicity of it.
Honestly, our favourite of the night.
2. Selena Gomez: Sunset Forest
Selena Gomez's manicure was the most talked about and we understand why. Although you could easily miss at first, once you see it, you get it.
Her longtime nail artist Tom Bachik created a soft pink manicure with a subtle golden, pearlescent finish, inspired by the frosted gold tones of her Louis Vuitton gown.
The result was pretty without feeling overly done, and the little bit of shimmer made it feel perfect for the red carpet.
Definitely one we'll be saving for later.
3. Ciara Miller: The Classic French
The class French manicure, you really can't go wrong here.
Ciara Miller kept things classic with a pale pink base and soft white tips, finished with a glossy top coat. Paired with her all white look, it felt fresh and polished.
Showing us we don't need to reinvent the wheel.
4. Florence Pugh: Glossy Peach
Florence Pugh matched her nails to her glam, and we are obsessed.
Her glossy peach manicure picked up on the peach tones in her makeup and looked beautiful against her lilac Vivienne Westwood gown.
It's such a simple detail, but it pulled the whole look together.
We love a subtle pop of colour and will be saving this one for later.
5. Jessica Williams: Pretty Nail Art
Jessica Williams more detail to the red carpet with a sheer blush pink base, white linework and tiny pearl accents.
The designs were different across the nails, but still cohesive with her lavender lace gown.
We love our clean looks but when detail is done right, we're here for it.

The 2026 Emmys gave a good mix of nail looks, from barely there and glossy to a little more detailed.
One thing we’re taking from the red carpet is a good manicure doesn’t always have to be complicated. Sometimes it’s the soft pink, the perfect shape or that little extra detail that makes the whole look come together.
